An interesting set of fixtures today that could have a large bearing on where we finish this season. Would love for Swansea to turn Liverpool over and likewise, it would be superb to see Leicester go and win up at Old Trafford today and win the title, keeping those cunts behind us in the process.

A Southampton win would put them just a couple of points behind us, but if Man City then slip up against Arsenal and we win our remaining three, we could still end up sneaking into the top four.

Could end up being a great weekend for us if the results go our way today.

Want Leicester to get over the line today just to put an end to the blanker media coverage.

Yes we know it is incredible.

I am much more interested in what it does for us.

Wins for Leicester and Swansea please

Not too bothered about the other game, will be positives and negatives however it ends up.

Not letting yourself dream a little, mate.

Man City loss and a loss to Arsenal and 4th is in our hands.

Why would people want Southampton to win?

Re: Sunday football
Probably edging towards that, still a big ask though.

Saints losing would all but guarantee a top 7 finish.

But aren't we playing for a top 5 place. A Southampton win would threaten that. We haven't got a hope in hell's chance of finishing 4th.

Yes, good to have an interest in all 3 games.

No idea how the first game will pan out. Think Leicester will either lose or draw, and don't think City will lose at Soton.

Very true.

There are just way too variables for me as to whether 7th will mean anything still. I think we deserve some kind of tangible progress.

It's not inconceivable in any way for Man city to lose two of their last three games.

Re: Sunday football

If City lose to Southampton, we can go within two points of them if we win our game in hand. They also still have to play Arsenal.

So yes, whilst it may be unlikely, if we win our remaining games there's a reasonable chance we can still make the top 4.

Exactly.

It's not likely, nor is us winning out but it would not be the most unlikely thing that has happened in football this year even.

But, again if we can look up the table rather than down, I would rather do that.

Nice thing is a draw or Saints loss has its benefits.

Re: Sunday football
City also have a pretty poor record against top half teams don't they?

Would love Swansea to do the Scouse. Not just for our chances but also to wipe the smugness from the faces of Steve McManaman, Michael Owen and Dean Saunders.

Fuck me they are boring deluded c#nts. All cosy together on Fletch and Sav this morning lauding Klopp the messiah, suggesting the Europa League is theirs, which will put them in the CL where they belong, and deciding that Liverpool will buy Vardy and Mahrez in the Summer as if Leicester or the players will not have a say in it.

Re: Sunday football
City will be looking at Wednesday, so could quite easily come unstuck today. Win against Real and they'll have an eye on the final so could lose one of their last two, lose against Real and they'll be on a downer when they play Arsenal.

I believe we'll win our final three games.
